Brush Symbol

Character Palette

Keyboard symbols plus Blocks & Shapes. Click a symbol to arm the brush instantly, then click or drag on the grid to paint. Shift-click still stamps once at the cursor.

Common typeable symbols. Normal keyboard typing still works for every other character.

Shortcuts

Click place the cursor on any cell in cursor mode.
Type overwrite symbols without shifting the rest of the drawing.
Paste drop multiline text blocks starting at the current cursor.
Palette Click arm the selected symbol and jump straight into brush painting.
Shift + Palette Click stamp the selected symbol once at the cursor without losing that symbol as the brush.
Arrow Keys move the cursor around the grid.
Backspace erase the cell behind the cursor.
Delete clear the current cell.
Brush Mode click and drag to paint with the brush symbol.

Click to place the cursor, type to overwrite, paste blocks, or click any palette symbol and paint immediately.
